Dairy Farm Construction in Pakistan

Cows lie down 12 hours or more a day when they are comfortable. A well designed free stall gives each cow a clean, dry place to rest, which supports milk yield and hoof health.
Free stalls give every cow her own resting space while letting her move freely around the barn. Partitions guide the cow so she lies straight, which keeps the bed clean and manure in the alley.
Single sided stalls fit along walls or boundaries. Double sided stalls sit back to back with a shared feed alley, increasing stall density and land use.
A clear process with a named engineer at every stage, so you always know what happens next.
We confirm herd size, animal weight, pen layout and the exact space available at your farm.
Day 1 to 2A fabrication drawing with sizes, pipe grades and finish is shared for your approval before work starts.
Day 2 to 4Heavy steel pipe is cut, bent and welded at our factory, then hot dip galvanised or painted for rust protection.
Week 1 to 3Welds, moving parts, locking action and finish are checked on a test fit before dispatch.
Day before deliveryOur crew delivers to your farm, anchors the equipment to the floor and adjusts it to your animals.
1 to 4 days on siteYour staff are shown how to operate and clean the equipment. Spare parts and repair support remain available.
Handover dayFor most commercial farms double sided stalls are better. They hold more cows in the same area, cost less per stall and use a strong shared frame. Single sided suits walls and small barns.
Rubber mats, sand or dried manure solids are common. We help you plan the stall base for the bedding you choose.
Plan about one stall per cow plus a few extra for fresh and sick animals. We calculate this with your herd size.
