Dairy Farm Construction in Pakistan
Pioneers of PEB Dairy Shed in Pakistan
A well built milking parlour saves hours of labour every day and protects milk quality. We construct the full parlour building, from the holding yard and pit to drainage, so your equipment supplier can install straight away.
The parlour is the heart of the dairy farm. Cows must enter, be milked and leave calmly, so the building needs the right pit depth, wide entry and exit lanes, strong equipment mounting points and fast drainage for washing.
We build the parlour shed, holding area, return lanes and wash down floors to the dimensions your milking system needs. We work with your equipment supplier's drawings so everything fits first time.
A clear process with a named engineer at every stage, so you always know what happens next.
Our engineer visits your land, checks soil, drainage, wind direction and access roads, and records your herd size, milking routine and expansion plans.
Day 1 to 3We plan feeding lanes, resting area, alleys, water points, milking route and manure flow so animals and workers move without crowding.
Week 1Portal frames, purlins, bracing and foundations are designed for Pakistan wind and seismic loads. You receive approved drawings before steel is cut.
Week 1 to 2A clear bill of quantities, material grades and payment schedule. No hidden items, and every change is priced before it is built.
Week 2Excavation, footings, plinth beams and floor preparation, with anchor bolts set to exact positions for the steel frame.
Week 2 to 4Columns, rafters and purlins are cut, welded and painted or galvanised at our Lahore factory under quality control, then marked for fast assembly.
Week 2 to 5Frames are lifted and bolted, purlins and bracing fixed, then roof sheets, ridge ventilation and roof lights are installed.
Week 4 to 7Floors, mangers, rails, water troughs and drainage are completed. We inspect every connection and hand over with drawings and maintenance advice.
Week 6 to 8Rotate the milking parlour shed, zoom in, or walk inside along the feeding lane.
Drag the line to compare the empty site with the finished project.

Herringbone suits most farms up to a few hundred cows. Parallel parlours give faster throughput for larger herds. Rotary parlours are for very large herds. We help you choose based on herd size and labour.
We build the parlour structure and floors and prepare mounting points. Milking machines come from your chosen equipment supplier, and we coordinate the installation.
As a rule it should hold the cows for one full milking group with comfortable space per animal. We calculate it from your herd size and parlour size.
Yes. We plan cow movement from your existing sheds so the parlour fits without disturbing daily routine.
